Privacy policy

Effective November 5, 2026. hha.careers is run by LeadReceipt.

What we collect

What you type into our form: your name, phone number, email if you give it, town, certification status and availability. We also record the time you submitted, the exact consent wording you saw, and basic technical details (IP address and browser type) as a record of that consent. We count page visits without tying them to you.

How we use it

To connect you with home care agencies hiring home health aides, and to contact you by phone, email or text about those jobs. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the agencies on our partner agencies page, and service providers that host this site and store our data for us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Other agencies' jobs

Some jobs listed here belong to other agencies. Those links take you to the agency's own site, where its privacy policy applies. Clicking one doesn't share your details with that agency, and we count the click without tying it to you.

Texts and calls

By submitting the form you agree that we and our partner agencies may contact you by phone, email and text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and we'll stop texting you.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your details while you're looking for work through us, and for up to two years after for our records. To see, correct or delete your information, email privacy@hha.careers and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Security

Your information is stored with a major cloud provider, encrypted in transit, and only people who need it to connect you with a job can see it.

Children

This site is for adults looking for work. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
